Rental Policies

Wedding Day

Reservation Requirements

-All rental services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

 

-The financial responsible party must sign rental agreement within 7 days after invoice is sent to secure rental items.

 

-Final balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. 

 

-A valid credit card must be kept on file in the event of any damages or missing items. 

 

-All rentals secured for an outdoor event, must include a valid rain plan. 


-Changes and final count made by voicemail are invalid. Customers must speak with an associate to confirm the order is correct.

Cancellations

-No refunds will be issued. If the customer cancels the order, the customer understands that no refund will be issued for payments received as of the date of cancellation. 
 

-If the event date changes, Formally Informal will provide rental services for the new date based on availability. The new event date must be within one year of cancellation.  
 

-No refunds will be issued for any COVID-19 related reasons or due to rain cancellations. The customer should have a valid rain plan.

Delivery & Pick Up  

-Rental items must be delivered by an associate which will also include a delivery fee depending on the item, date, and event location. 

 

-Local pick up is currently unavailable.

 

-Planner, Designer, or designated person must be present at time of delivery. No exceptions.

Proper Care of Equipment

-The use of staples, screws, nails, or any tool that can create a hole are NOT permitted on any rental items. Double sided tape, zip ties, and wire are recommended.
