Rental Reservation Instructions
Step One

Get Inspired and Shop Our Inventory
 

Find items you would like to enhance your event experience. Complete the rental request contact form along with your wish list items.  

 

Step Two

Get A Quote 
 

Once we received your submission, we will check availability and contact you to confirm your request. We will then send you a quote. 

 

Step Three

Reserve Your Décor 
 

If you are set and ready to reserve your rental items, we’ll send an invoice along with the rental agreement. Once we’ve received your 50% non-refundable retainer and the signed agreement, we will mark your special event on our calendar!

 

Step Four

Pay Final Invoice 
 

The remaining 50% of your invoice is due 30 days prior to your event date. 

 

Step Five 

Confirm Delivery Time and Location
 

Once the remaining balance is paid in full, we’ll confirm all specifics related to the time and location of the delivery and pick up.
